The place is really nice, and closed to everything. The staff was really help and friendly. I would stay here again.

Very convenient location, modern rooms

The hotel is still under construction. Some facilities are not in operation and some room features don't work properly.

Location brilliant and staff exceptionally helpful. Facilities topnotch and even though our kids were older they loved the slides! We had lots of baggage and they assisted us. So sorry we were in such a hurry with transport that we neglected to tip those who assisted.

An iron in the room may assist guests. For the coffee station to be available at night.

Location was incomparable. Staff is very helpful though some are better than others. Good base level of staff however.

There is no breakfast though there is a little cafe attached. Suggestion perhaps that the cafe sell nyonya kueh since there is no breakfast?

The location is great, staff was friendly! Property was new but no food or breakfast buffet.

The room I initially got was a bit noisy. The mirror was also facing the bed, which I didnt like.

Love the design of the hotel, very clean, very modern and it has so many activities to enjoy with our stay; we also love the scents from the diffuser, making us so calm and fresh! Keep it up! Just that we hope they will be serving breakfast on our next visit there!

The room is modern like, spacious, clean and comfortable. VR room with free tokens is a plus. Few minutes walk to jonker street is very good and private parking if you are driving. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

- parking is a bit too far from the hotel - currently still no breakfast available- no privacy while we would like to enjoy the natural light from the walkway (for the window glass in the room at ground floor near to walkway), suggest to change to one way transparent glass or may be put on one way transparent sheet

Parking availability a little too far from Hotel, on Fri-Sun roadblocks that creates extreme inaccessibility and confusion to get to the hotel. At some point, some other rooms with slides creates discomfort at connecting units where the roof appears to be shaking (making the projector keeps shaking and off-focused) and no insulation noises preventing early sleeps at night or even early morning

Strategy location: riverside just across the street, jonker walk within 5 mins walking distance.Parking area: 5mins walkinng distance to hotel.There was no physical TV in my room, but the setup with home projector cinema is great!

Very very very suitable for families with kids. Great location. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Great parking location too. Just need preregistration your car plate u can enter easily.Just the car park is bit harder to spot.

The location is excellent - just a short walk to Jonker Street, where food options are plentiful. There's even an escape room right next to the hotel, which adds a fun activity conveniently nearby.

The room was quite small and lacked privacy, as there was no partition between the washing basin and the sleeping area. Cleanliness was disappointing — the white walls and bed frame were visibly dirty, and the overall room did not feel well-maintained. Even after requesting housekeeping, the room was not properly cleaned, with strands of hair still visible on the floor.

Love the building design and rooms design - cater to different generations. Staff are friendly - and can easily communicate via whatapps.

Property is beautifully done up, and is located right in the heart of Malacca. Surrounded by so much history, and so close to Jonker Walk, this property is not to be missed.Free VR games at the property also meant we had an evening of fun as a family. Very interesting experience.

Although the room has incredibly fun with slides and bunk beds to entertain the kids, the property could implement better sound proofing to minimize noise. Rooms could also be better equipped with more storage space for bigger groups (only a few hangers) in master with no storage for the upstairs loft.
